Job Qualifications
*Need a very senior AIX System administrator with extensive experience in AIX 5.3/5.2 environment. Experienced in SAN, NAS and backup tools (NetApp & Veritas, DataGuard etc).
Installation & configuration of IBM P-Series servers running AIX.Good at SAN & NAS with Oracle Background who can build AIX Servers from the scratch
Good to have latest Version 5
Install and/or consolidate applications, develop system administration scripts, and plan version release upgrades and patches.
Interact with Oracle database administrators to integrate OS and DB for application delivery.
Develop and maintain operational documentation and specifications on system builds and standard operating procedures.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the server environment.
Help guide new configuration and enforce/recommend standards.
