Job Description
Identifying technologies for which expertise has to be developed and ways to improve operational efficiencies in production divisions by using appropriate technologies.
Handle daily operations of team and co-ordinate project activities with other departments in alignment with objectives of the organization.
Prioritize tasks based on client requirement and organizational objectives.
Responsible for ensuring competencies of team.
Aid management in strategic planning and decision making.
Take onus on entire project life cycle management, monitor project objectives & work on process improvement.
Develop & evaluate technology project plans and implementation plans.
Resolve priority conflicts within projects as well as resource allocation confliction across projects.
Evaluate project related training needs and recommend team members for respective training.
Responsible for project QA, client satisfaction and team performance.
Manage the IT infrastructure cost, reviews and adjust the operational budget.
Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should be a BE/BTech/MCA/ME/MBA from a reputed Institute and have minimum of 8 yrs of experience in various technologies.
Minimum of 3-4 years experience in management of multiple projects.
Aptitude in planning, monitoring and executing business targets and providing guidance to the technical team.
Exemplary leadership traits and skills combined with equipotent analytical and reasoning skills.
High competency in multitasking, judgment, planning and time management with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High proficiency in dot net and SQL technologies are desirable.
