Do a simple google search with 2 words :
accurum scam
and you will see, they are a fraud
They charge job seekers $3800 for a visa application, but make sure they never put that in writing.
There also is no evidence that Accurum Technologies has ever sponsored an H1B visa application. The company name is not listed as a visa sponsor at all from 2001 and 2007.
A Google search will prove beyond reasonable doubt that they are a scam.
